Responsibilities
What you will own.
- Engage with prospective travelers and assist in converting inquiries into bookings.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and safari itineraries based on client requirements.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Support corporate, group, and partnership sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Conduct destination and product research to support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions within company systems.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and sales performance.
