Makueni County is a county in the South Eastern region of Kenya, bordering Machakos to the North, Kitui to the East, Taita Taveta to the South and Kajiado to the West. Its Capital and largest town is Wote. Makueni is inhabited with the bantu ethnic group who are the Kamba people.
