  1. Meru National Park:

  2. Mount Kenya:

    • While Mount Kenya is not entirely within Meru County, its slopes extend into the county. Point Lenana, one of the peaks of Mount Kenya, is a popular trekking destination.
  3. Mugie Conservancy:

7.Tharaka Nithi County:

  • While not in Meru County, Tharaka Nithi County is adjacent and offers attractions like the Chogoria Hills, which are known for their scenic beauty.

Important Information for guests visiting Meru National Park

Meru National Park is a scenic and less-crowded safari destination known for its diverse wildlife, rivers, and lush landscapes. Guests are advised to carry light clothing for the day and a warm layer for early mornings and evenings. Due to the park’s size and remoteness, travel times within the park may be longer than in smaller reserves.
