Kichakani Camp Masai Mara

Kichakani Camp Masai Mara is simple classy camp located in the Talek area of the Koyaki conservancy in the Masai Mara. The camp site on the banks of the Talek River just next to a major wildebeest crossing point offering a panorama of the Burrungat and Posee plains on its sides. The camp is 5 minutes from the Talek gate and 25minutes game drive from Olkiombo airstrip. The camp is 5 hours 30 minutes’ drive from Nairobi, while flying is estimated to be 45minutes from Wilson airport, Nairobi.

The camp has semi-permanent grass-thatched Banda’s fitted with tents, having a capacity of 33 guests under canvas. Each tent has bedside tables, luggage racks, rags, floor mats, flush toilets, and hot shower, and a deck of outdoor sitting. The tents are fully insect and bug proof.

Some of the facilities found in the camp are; a large reception area with a spacious lounge where guests can sit and relax or just unwind between meals and game safaris. Food served is a fusion of African & International delicacies. The bar area is also a popular area for quiet evenings. There is an outdoor pool for guests to unwind and relax.
