Kicheche Bush Camp

Kicheche Bush Camp is a small, classic, intimate, luxury tented camp located in a superb wildlife area in Olare Motorogi conservancy bordering the Maasai Mara Reserve. The camp is situated in a prime wildlife destination for game viewing. The location is ideal for experiencing the wildebeest migration. Masai Mara is 250km from Nairobi and by road it takes about 4-5 hours while flights take about 45min, followed with a 15min short transfer from the Olarae Orok Airstrip.

Camp consists of 6 stylish tents, accommodation that can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Tents are fully insect-proof custom design tents, equipped with twin or double beds, linen, bedsides, luggage racks, and rugs. Bathrooms are en-suite and are equipped with a dresser, flushing toilet, and a traditional safari bucket shower with a view. Each tent has 24 hour-solar lighting system and a radio call for security. The camp is completely unfenced and game drives are conducted in open-sided and open roofed customized 4WD land cruiser vehicles.

The camp has a dining tent which overlooks the plains, and also a spacious well-furnished lounge with a selection of reference books. There is a small curio shop, a fully stocked bar with a range of wines. Dishes are prepared from fresh produce which comprise of African and International dishes.
