Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1; Arrival and Afternoon Game Drive

Your driver guide will pick you up early in the morning from the Airport, Hotel or Address and embark on a road trip safari to Samburu Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, check in and later on relax at your lodge/ camp. An afternoon game drive is scheduled, exploring the scenic Samburu having a chance to spot various wildlife. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay amidst the sounds of the African Bush.

Day 2; Full Day in Samburu

Wake up early in the morning and get ready for a wild and wonderful adventure, this is considered the best time to spot wildlife since this is when they are most active. Return to camp for breakfast, have an optional full day safari or visit the Samburu tribe for cultural experience. After lunch, in the afternoon visit the Ewaso Ngiro River in search of the Elephants, buffalos, dik-diks, warthogs and olive baboons. Return later on to the camp for dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 3; Full Day in Samburu

Spend another full day in the Samburu as it gives you the options of either enjoying a full day safari leaving camp with packed lunch “Plan this with your driver guide” or have a Morning & Afternoon game safari. This day offers you all the chances and opportunity to track down the wildlife you didn’t spot. Also, you can engage in some of the activities like visiting the Samburu people for a cultural experience, explore the park with camel rides, go for a guided nature walk or choose to lounge and spend your day at leisure as you enjoy the camps facilities.

Day 4; Departure Back To Nairobi

On your last day savor a hefty breakfast at your camp before starting your journey back to Nairobi. As you leave the reserve have a short en route game drive keeping your eyes out for the animals you might have missed. Once you arrive in Nairobi, have optional lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant before being dropped off at your hotel, Airport or Address as it marks the end of your safari.
