Trip Itinerary.
Arrival and Conference Sessions
Depart Nairobi early in the morning via the scenic Nairobi–Nakuru Highway. The drive takes approximately two hours, offering breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley escarpment along the way. Upon arrival in Naivasha, proceed to your selected conference venue — such as Enashipai Resort & Spa, Lake Naivasha Country Club, or Sawela Lodges.
After a warm welcome and check-in, participants gather for the morning conference session in a modern and fully equipped meeting room. Tea, coffee, and light snacks are provided during the mid-morning break.
A buffet lunch is served at the resort’s restaurant, featuring both African and international cuisines. In the afternoon, the group resumes for additional meetings, discussions, or workshops as planned. Later in the day, guests can relax by the lakeside or take a short nature walk around the property before dinner.
Enjoy an evening bonfire networking session or unwind with a drink at the hotel lounge before retiring for the night.
