Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, followed by a short briefing by your professional driver-guide.

Depart Nairobi heading southwest towards the Maasai Mara National Reserve, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at the viewpoint for photography and refreshments. Continue via Narok town, enjoying views of Maasai homesteads and expansive savannah landscapes.

Arrive at Mara Maisha Camp around midday for check-in and lunch. After lunch and some time to relax, depart for an afternoon game drive inside the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

During this first game drive, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and predators such as lions and cheetahs. The vast plains of the Mara provide excellent wildlife viewing and photography opportunities.

Return to camp in the early evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Start the day with an early breakfast at the camp. Immediately after breakfast, depart with packed lunch for a full-day game viewing experience in the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Spending the entire day in the reserve allows you to explore a wider area and follow wildlife movements without time constraints. You will visit key wildlife zones, including open plains and riverine areas that attract large numbers of animals and predators.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site within the reserve before continuing with afternoon game drives. This extended safari day greatly increases your chances of spotting the Big Five and witnessing natural wildlife interactions.

Return to the camp in the late afternoon or early evening for relaxation, followed by dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, check out of Mara Maisha Camp and depart for Nairobi.

Enjoy a relaxed scenic drive back via Narok and the Great Rift Valley, with brief stops en route. Arrival in Nairobi is expected in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
