Overview;

Masai Mara is a top wildlife reserve in southwestern Kenya, contiguous with the Tanzania Serengeti National Park. It is renowned for its abundant wildlife such as the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant & Buffalo), and its diverse flora and fauna ecosystem. The term "Big Five" has nothing to do with the size of the animals rather, it was the difficulty in hunting them down "Hunting and poaching of wildlife is prohibited in all parks and reserves of Kenya". Masai Mara is also part of the larger Serengeti ecosystem which holds the largest annual wildebeest migration involving millions of Wildebeest and zebras which cross the Mara River from Serengeti National Park (Tanzania) to Masai Mara National Reserve (Kenya) in search of greener pasture. The Annual migration takes place during the month of June to  September.

This private Masai Mara Kenya safari involves guests traveling on a pop-top 4WD Landcruiser or Tour van fitted with Long-range high-frequency radios, plug-in sockets, a first aid kit, safari guide books, and a portable fridge. Guests will not be sharing the Landcruiser/ Tour Van with other travelers, thus offering privacy and an intimate wild safari experience. The trip includes a road trip (Flight Option Available), with a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint as well as driving along the scenic valley, Game drive Safari for a wildlife viewing experience, extra activity options at Masai Mara such as visiting the Maasai Village for a cultural experience or Hot Air Baloon safari gliding above the savannah, among others...

Tour Highlight Itinerary

Day1; Pick up in Nairobi proceeding to Masai Mara. Evening Game drive.

Day 2; Spend The whole Day In Masai Mara. Morning & Evening Game drives. Optional full-day game drive or Extra Activities.

Day 3; Morning game drive, check out. Optional Masai Village Visit. Drive back to Nairobi, Drop off.

Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1; Nairobi – Masai Mara

Pick up from Hotel, Airport, address, or Nairobi. Have a short briefing then commence the drive to Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, have a stopover for a breathtaking view of the floor of the Rift Valley then proceed to Masai Mara. Arrive in time for Lunch, check-in and have lunch. Relax at the camp/lodge enjoying their facilities and hospitality. Scheduled game drive in the afternoon to take place. Your search for the Big Five starts, with the help of your guide you'll be able to spot wildlife such as giraffes, zebra, antelopes, Cheetahs, and several bird species, and also enjoy the views of the Mara plains. Return to the camp as the sun sets down. Dinner and overnight. 

Day 2; Full Day in Masai Mara 

Get to spend the full day at the Masai Mara in search of the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino & Buffalo). Leave the camp with a packed lunch which will be served in a picnic set up in the wild. Masai Mara is perhaps where the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place; The Great Wildebeest Migration. The annual migration includes millions of wildebeest and zebras migrating from the Serengeti in search of water and pastures. After a wild safari, return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3; Masai Mara – Nairobi
