FLYING SAFARIS FROM NAIROBI
Overview
This 3-days Flying to Masai Mara offers a convenient and efficient way to experience the renowned Masai Masa national Reserve in Kenya. This is ideal for people who would like to avoid the 5-6 hours road trip from Nairobi or those who have limited time. The itinerary involves a round trip flight from Nairobi, followed with wildlife activities such as game drives and optional Maasai cultural visits to a local Maasai village. The safari offers an opportunity to explore the world’s most famous Masai Mara well known for its untamed beauty and diverse wildlife, including the big five (Lion, leopard, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo) and the annual wildebeest migration.
Itinerary
DAY 1; Nairobi – Masai Mara
Pick up from your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. A transfer to Wilson Airport to catch your flight to Masai Mara, flying time is estimated to be 1 hour. Upon arrival you will be received and transferred from the airstrip to your camp/lodge with an en route game drive on a 4x4. Enjoy the lodges facilities and panoramic views offered. Late afternoon game drive until in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at your camp/ lodge.
DAY 2; Full day Masai Mara
Early morning game drive which you will get to see most of the Mara’s wildlife and beautiful sunrise scenes (Best time for a Hot Air Balloon safari at an extra cost). Early morning and evening are considered as the best time to spot animals since it’s when they are most active. Return at the lodge for breakfast and relax in the camp by enjoying the amenities offered. Next game drive to take place after lunch or before lunch (Lunch will be served in the bushes). Return to the camp/lodge by the evening in time for a relaxed evening enlivened by entertainment (depending on camp/lodge) followed by dinner and overnight.

DAY 3; Masai Mara – Nairobi
Early morning game drive further exploring the Masai Mara plains. Return to the camp for a chill relaxed breakfast. Check out of the camp/lodge. Transfer to the airstrip to catch your flight to Nairobi with a short en route game drive as you say good bye to the Masai Mara. Upon arriving at Wilson our driver guide to pick you up for an onward transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
