Lake Naivasha & Hells Gate Easter Getaway Safari 2026

We will pick you up from Nairobi/Nakuru and have a scenic transfer in a 4wd safari vehicle to lake Naivasha. Once you settle into your resort, your first day is all about winding down and breathing in the fresh lakeside air. You’ll have the afternoon to yourself to enjoy the hotel facilities or simply watch the sun dip behind the water. It’s a peaceful start to the trip, ending with a quiet dinner as you prep for the action ahead.

The second day is where the real energy is. After breakfast, We’ll head to Hell’s Gate National Park, one of the few places in Kenya where you can actually get out of the car and explore on foot or by bicycle. You’ll spend the morning cycling alongside zebras and gazelles or hiking through the park’s dramatic towering gorges. After a picnic lunch in the wild, you have the option to soak your muscles in the natural hot springs at the Olkaria Geothermal Spa—it’s the perfect way to recharge before heading back for a relaxing evening.

Before we head back to Nairobi, we’ll take to the water. You’ll head out on a morning boat safari across Lake Naivasha to see pods of hippos up close and spot the incredible birdlife the area is famous for. You can even choose to walk among giraffes on Crescent Island before we grab a final lakeside lunch and begin the drive back, getting you home by late afternoon feeling completely refreshed.
