Our Masai Mara Safari package offers you unique opportunities to experience Africas wildlife, landscapes, its people and rich cultural heritage in Kenya and Tanzania. This africa safari typically includes game drives in the Masai Mara National Reserve and the boardering Serengeti National park which involves a combination of land transfer in a 4x4 safari jeep (Flight safari option available) between two locations. Our 6-day East Africa safari allows for flexibility in game drive timings, making it suitable for Families and honeymooners with a chance to witness the wildebeest Migration which takes place from July to October.

Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1; Nairobi To Masai Mara National Reserve

Start your 6 Days Safari witht pick up in Nairobi from the Airport, your hotel or address and depart for a picturesque road trip along the Great Rift Valley (A brief stop over at Great Rift Valley viewpoint) and onwards to Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive at Masai Mara just in time for check in followed with lunch. Afternoon game drive is scheduled, allowing you to spot the amazing wildlife in the reserve including the Big Five and Big Cats such as Lions & Leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos, Elephants, Buffalos, Wildebeest among others... Return to your lodge/camp for overnight and Dinner in the evening.

Day 2-3; Spend Full Day at Masai Mara National Reserve

Daily two game drives, one in the morning before breakfast and another one in the afternoon after lunch. Get to spot Mara wildlife in the early mornings and late afternoon, considered the best time to spot animals at their most active hours. During your safari at the Mara you may also choose to have full day game drive (Make Arrangements With Your Driver guide) with packed picnic lunch or get to indulge in activities offered at the Masai Mara such as;

Masai Cultural visits
Horse backing
Nature walks
Bush Meals & Sundowner
Hot air balloon Safari

Dinner and overnight stay at your camp/ lodge.

Day 4; Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park

After an early slow breakfast and check-out, have a morning game drive en-route to Serengeti National Park. Your driver guide will drive you to Isebania border where you will be met by your Tanzanian guide who will transfer you to your camp/lodge for overnight stay in Serengeti National Park. Get to check in at your camp/lodge where you will have dinner and overnight.

Day 5; Full Day at Serengeti National Park

Early morning game drive, get to explore the great plains filled with spectacular herds of wildebeests and other wildlife. Serengeti National park is home to Millions of Wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, eland, topi and other animals which breed here before they embark on their Great Migration in search of greener pasture, water & the trek for survival (Wildebeest Migration happens from July- September). Also get to spot big cats such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs which thrive in the park in large numbers. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge/camp.

Day 6; Serengeti National Park to Arusha

At dawn embark on your concluding game drive in Serengeti followed by a leisurely breakfast. Check out at your lodge/camp and proceed to Arusha "Option to return back to Kenya available". Arrive in Arusha by early afternoon. Drop off at your hotel or an onward transfer to the Airport for your flight back home.
