Overview

Experience a safari like no other before with our Madaraka Express Combined Safari to Tsavo National Park and Amboseli National Park. This safari is designed to explore the Natural wonders of Kenya from; Scenic Landscapes on a Train journey to wildlife encounters. The journey is set to kick start and End in Nairobi.

Amboseli National Park; Is Home of the African Elephant due to the large herds of Elephants that can be spotted up close. Amboseli also offers scenic backdrop views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s Highest Peak.

Tsavo National Park; one of the largest protected area in Kenya with the longest Yatta Plattue of about 300km. This is also home to Most large mammals, herds of red elephants, rhino, buffalo, lion (Man Eaters were found here), leopards, pods of hippo, crocodile and a bird life of about 500 recoded species.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1; Nairobi – Tsavo West

Arrive at the Nairobi Train Terminal early for security clearance and train ticket printing. Depart with the inter county train at 0800hrs, start your journey with scenic views of Kenya’s Country side. Arrive at Mtito Andei SGR train station at 1050hrs. You will be picked up at the station and be transferred to your lodge in Tsavo. Arrive at your camp Check in, have lunch and get to relax or utilize the lodges facilities. Have your first game drive in the Afternoon exploring the rugged terrain and its diverse wildlife also get to visit Mzima Springs then return to your lodge.

Dinner & Overnight; Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

Day 2; Tsavo West – Amboseli

After breakfast depart for Amboseli National Park with an en-route game drive. Arrive in Amboseli and be met with the stunning views of Mt.Kilimanjaro. Check in and have the rest of the day at leisure. Lunch to be served at your lodge. Afternoon game drive is scheduled, explore the park getting to spot large herds of Elephants, prides of Lions, Leopards, Rhinos & Buffalos “The Big Five” also have an optional Maasai village visit. Return to your lodge.

Dinner & Overnight; Kilaguni Serena safari Lodge

Day 3; Amboseli – Nairobi

After breakfast get to prepare for check out, have a road transfer from your lodge to Emali to catch your train back home. Arrive at Emali train station and depart at 1239hrs to Nairobi where you will arrive at 1410hrs.
