Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi → Mombasa → South Coast (Diani)

Your journey begins as you board the SGR train from Nairobi to Mombasa (First Class or Economy). Please report at the station 30–60 minutes before departure. Sit back and enjoy the comfortable train ride as the landscape gradually changes toward the coast.

On arrival at Mombasa Terminus, you will be picked up for a shared road transfer to your South Coast hotel in Diani Beach. Check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure—relax by the pool, take a walk along the beach, or simply enjoy the coastal breeze.
Overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Full Day at Leisure – South Coast

Wake up to a calm coastal morning and enjoy breakfast at your hotel (as per your hotel’s meal plan). Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Relax on the beach, swim in the ocean, or enjoy hotel facilities. Optional activities such as snorkeling, dhow cruises, marine park visits, spa treatments, or cultural tours can be arranged at an extra cost.
